Execute a scheduled command signature through the Reactor facade.

Notes

Used as the callable registered with APScheduler jobs instead of a bound instance method. Persistent job stores (e.g. the "database" job store) serialize the job's callable as a textual reference (module:function); a bound method forces APScheduler to also pickle the owning instance (self) to restore it, which drags in the whole dependency graph (Reactor/Application) and fails on unpicklable objects such as a mappingproxy. Resolving the reactor through the Reactor facade avoids that entirely.

Parameters
signature:strThe command signature to execute.
args:list of str, optionalArguments to pass to the command. Defaults to an empty list.
Returns
intThe result of the reactor call, typically an exit code or status.
