Parameters

state:`str`	Execution state (e.g., 'RUNNING', 'DONE', 'FAIL').
state_color:`str`	ANSI color code for state text.
time:`str, optional`	Execution duration with units. Default is ''.

Returns
`None`	Prints the formatted message to the console.
