Remove files with the given suffixes from a dedicated directory.

Parameters
directory:`Path`	Directory searched recursively.
suffix:`str \| tuple[str, ...]`	File suffix or suffixes to remove, including each leading dot.

Returns
`tuple[int, list[str]]`	Number of files removed and filesystem errors encountered.
