def build() -> SimpleMemoryCache: (source) ¶

Build and return a SimpleMemoryCache backend.

The default NullSerializer is replaced with MsgspecSerializer so that all stored values pass through JSON encode/decode cycles, ensuring consistent behaviour across all drivers.

Returns
`SimpleMemoryCache`	Configured aiocache in-memory backend.
